A bit chronologically out of step, I forgot to post these from this past weekend.

We went exploring around the Lake, again.

Colder Weather

The first real snow to speak of this last week. Quickly moving from Fall to Winter, though I give it another month until the cold REALLY kicks in.

More Fall Colors

A bit of snow this weekend, and the cooler temps really accelerated the color change in the trees.

Fall in the Forest

Fall is definitely in the air in these parts.

Cool Things in Far Away Places

Sometimes it's hard work finding cool stuff. Take today...

First, drive towards the really big mountains...



Then, park on the side of a dirt road in the middle of the desert and start walking down an unnamed Wadi...




Then, start looking along the edge of the Wadi and large flat rocks....



You just might find American Indian ROCK ART! Cool!
